Long weekend away
"
If looking to sail on the Paradise keep in mind its a smaller older ship and does not have all the bells and whistles as the larger classes. We did eat in the main dining room (Destiny) every night, I did think some of the menu options were a little lack luster, especially on formal night but I blame that on the cruise line not the actual ship.

Absolutely horrible. The food was ruined every dinner. It was mostly overcooked. I ordered off the menu twice. Twin lobster tails with no filet. Only one of those tiny 4 ounce tails was edible. The others way overcooked like shoe leather. Not edible. All the food was bad. The ship needs to be scrapped like fantasy and esctasy. It is too small, too old, stinks like urine and sewage and

### Review of Our Recent Cruise ExperienceOur recent cruise was a highly disappointing experience, especially considering the priority status we had. The series of mishaps, lack of proper care and responsiveness from the staff, and the poor condition of the ship severely marred our vacation.Firstly, the crib for our baby was not in the room upon arrival, despite our prior request. This

We had dirty linen in our cabin; long black hair from previous guest....absolutely disgusting. The service was good. The food was horrible outside of the burger station and deli. The last night we had the Emeril special "coffee glazed duck'' it was the best dinner of the entire time. The amount of food thrown away during the late/midnight hours were ridiculous. You would probably want to have

I wish I had heeded all the negative reviews before I booked it but I was wanting to try sailing from Tampa instead of Port Canaveral because it seemed easier, and I liked the ports it was going to. To say it lacks amenities is an understatment and it is very small and dated. One small pool with two hot tubs and the adult area had some chairs and one small hot tub. There is no specialty dining

Carnival Paradise was good. Special cheers to Amber, our awesome cruise director, and the magician Anoop, who entertained us in the Elation Dining room with his tricks. The food was tasty, the entertainment and the shore excursions were good. The only problem was the fact that our room was congested. Some tips for you guys are:-- Don't miss the punchliner comedy club and Playlist Productions.

Smoking allowed practically everywhere on the ship, absolutely no escaping the smell. Right by the pool, in the hallways, on the outdoor decks, and the casino which gets into the restaurants and guest services nearby.Do not bring your young children with you! They will NOT allow them to swim in the pool or be in the splash pad/water slide areas. BUT THEY SELL SWIM DIAPERS. Also, if you have

This wasn’t my first carnival cruise but it was the first one I’ve done with kids and I have to say that no other cruise line that I’ve been on is as family friendly and sweet as carnival. This ship in particular goes out of its way to have fun family friendly moments. If you are traveling with children like I was this cruise is perfect. The ship is one of the smaller ships in carnival ( might

My husband and I just took our first cruise on the Paradise ship to the Bahamas. we thought it would be an amazing experience, but it was nothing of the sorts. (1) We were so lost and when we tried to ask a crew member, they were rude. (2) We ordered the Bubbles package and when tried to get a Pepsi they said we didn't have one, so we stood in a long line at guest services to speak to someone that

This was our second time on Paradise, with the last cruise December 2018. We have been sailing RCL post-Covid, but planned this one with family. It was definitely a change, after sailing RCL Oasis class most recently, however, this cruise exceeded our expectations, to be honest. There were definitely some pros and cons, but we felt the pros definitely won out, though some of the same things

Ship smelled like cigarettes and pot. The only workers that were nice to us were the person cleaning our cabin and our server. Almost every night there was people dosing off by the pool because they had too much to drink. Deffenetly not family friendly. The Only fun we had was when we got off the ship at Bimini and Nassau. I wish we would have had more time at the ports. Bimini was lots of fun.
