Yes sir. Going rate is usually 1.50 to 1.60 but I always tend to pay a little more whenever I try a new place to make sure they give me their best performance

100 tip is minimum (this was advertised by the spa a while back, and AFAIK hasn't changed), if you insist on 100, nothing the girl can do about it and the spa will still require her to provide service or be let go.

That said, some girls will be very unhappy with a 100 tip and will often ask for more (though you are not required to give her more, but it makes it awkward if you don't? also makes the entire thing more transactional once you start negotiating). I believe 140 is the standard tip, like tipping 18% at restaurants. I say this because I give 140-160 all the time and they almost never seem to be surprised, but occasionally I give 200 to the truly exceptional ones, and they will always seem surprised, happy and comment on the amount.

Standard is usually $140-160 in my experience. I usually tip more when they do a great job which is what I did.
